El-Obour National Company For Surveying Services,
is a Libyan joint-stock company, it was established based on Law No. (23) of 2010 regarding commercial activity, as a company specialized in Aerial survey and photogrammetry services, topographic (land) surveying, and hydrographic (marine) surveying.
The company also provides technical consulting in the field of using and analyzing geographic data, building geospatial databases, and remote sensing applications for public institutions and private companies. It also offers its surveying services, digital map production capabilities, and various training programs for public entities and individuals in the fields of surveying, geoinformatics & remote sensing, and other engineering design programs.
El-Obour National Company, is considered the only company licensed by the Libyan state “exclusively” to carry out aerial survey and photogrammetry projects, including the purchase, supply, and operation of all aerial survey equipment and aircraft, whether jet planes or large-scale unmanned aerial vehicles (drones).
El-Obour provides its services through a team of distinguished national and international experts. El-Obour is also associated with cooperation and technical support agreements with international companies and institutions specialized in the aforementioned fields, which enables the company to complete all its work with professionalism and a high degree of quality and precision.
